Camden's zero emission Modec van

Product image

Camden Council were one of the first boroughs to incorporate electric vehicles into their fleet. They use their bespoke Modec exhibition van to create awareness about air quality and the cost-benefits of zero emission transport. It is also used to tow their 5kW zero emission fuel cell generator, which will be used to power the 2010 Eco-Rally display in Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park.

The Modec van is also available as a flatbed tipper and chassis cab. It's ideal for night-time deliveries and the innovative design allows for minimal danger, theft and time-wastage when accessing the payload. Many of the Modec engineers were involved in the design of the iconic London taxi and the Modec van has inherited the incredible turning circle.
