What if there was more space to drive and more space to park...
In the UK, most motorists drive to work alone, carrying only minimal luggage, meaning more than half the vehicle is usually 'dead weight and wasted space’. Many households feel they need the flexibility of more than one car, so it makes sense to either car-share or make that second vehicle as small as possible. Two-seater cars can be parked sideways, squeeze through small gaps, accelerate faster and get through traffic lights quicker - using less energy - making that commute to work much faster and more pleasant. The Vienna Bike is the first foldable, electrically-assisted tricycle that rides with the feeling of a two-wheeler through its innovative steering and unique suspension system. Citroën’s diesel-powered sub compact van, the Nemo, is converted to battery power by Nicholson McLaren Engines, using a drivetrain — which includes regenerative braking — developed by the Electric Vehicles Company of Guernsey.

At one time electric bicycles were perceived as an alternative to a conventional bike for the elderly, but the purpose and reasons for ownership have changed considerably in recent years.
