Ford has a science-based strategy to reduce GHG emissions from their products and operations. The global automotive giant is on track to meet the central elements of their strategy. Each of their vehicles is a leader, or among the leaders, in fuel economy. Ford have also set a goal to reduce their facility CO2 emissions by 30% per vehicle by 2025. Ford are also increasing the use of sustainable materials in their vehicles and reduced landfill waste by 20% per vehicle from 2010 to 2011.
