Jaguar Land Rover needs bright green things
Jaguar Land Rover is looking for bright, forward thinking apprentices who will eventually help to develop vehicles with lower CO2 emissions.
The two brands are jointly investing £800m to develop this new technology - investment additional to all other development work.
At the end of the initial training period, apprentices will start work at Castle Bromwich, Gaydon, Halewood, Solihull or Whitley, continuing studies on a day-to-day basis, with the opportunity to complete a City & Guilds, HNC, or foundation degree, depending on business needs.
The application process is open until 5th May 2009. Candidates must have, or expect to gain, five GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above (including Maths, English Language and a core Science). Applications from all sections of the community are welcomed in order to attract the very best talent available.
