Ace Cafe London will host the pit-stop and act as the start-line of the inner-city leg of the 2012 Eco-Rally on Saturday 18 August 2012. Expect to see an eclectic mix of green machines and kit cars on display all morning until the main convoy arrives from Oxford.

On Saturday 18 August, the sixth annual Eco-Rally will showcase a wide range of future transport services and vehicles from some of the world's leading automakers and innovative new start-ups. Many will be driven by familiar faces setting off in convoy from Oxford to London via the legendary Ace Cafe - proving that modern, eco-friendly cars, bikes and vans can get us from "A to B without the three Cs" (carbon, cost & congestion).
The event includes exciting new product launches from the likes of Ford, Zero Motorcycles and Rieju, plus mobility services and amazing fleet vehicles. City transport will be a hot topic in London during the 2012 Olympic Games and now the UK Government's Plug-in Car and Plug-in Van grants make zero emission transport even more affordable.
10 mile parade of zero emission city vehicles incl. scooters, motorcycles, cars and a luxury shuttle coach. Cyclists will make their own way towards Buckingham Palace via the cycle path along the Grand Union Canal and then through Notting Hill and The Royal Parks - the lungs of London.
