The project to deliver a fleet of the zero emission taxis to the streets of London in time for the 2012 Olympics is on track, with the first Fuel Cell Black Cabs covering a combined total of over 8,000 miles in road and test track testing conditions. The 2011 Bridgestone Eco-Rally will be another milestone in the high profile zero emission trial.

The AA - UK's biggest breakdown organisation - now uses the motorbikes and electric scooters to cut through traffic and reach breakdowns in central London up to 33% quicker, getting members and other traffic moving again with minimum delay.

Low maintenance, modular design, regenerative braking, re-fuelled with hydrogen in about 7 mins. Currently part of the largest zero emission transport trial in the world. Designed in Coventry and in everyday operation as a postal van at Birmingham University - home to the UK's first hydrogen re-fueling station.

The Allied ZEV E7 Electrc Taxi is the first fully-electric taxi available in the UK. No carbon, particulate or other pollutants are produced wherever the vehicle is operating. The taxi is a wheelchair accessible MPV, with a range of ramp options, remote electric winch system and forward-facing wheelchair restraint.

VOSA's emissions-testing unit for the 2008 Revolve eco-rally will be zero emissions at the point of use – using the same fuel cell technology many believe will one day power the average car. This fuel cell has kindly been provided through a partnership between Camden and Croydon Councils.
