Spencer Ivy want to get the whole world to become cycling super-heroes with their classic, high quality retro. To prove the benefits of their advanced electric-assist system, the Spencer Ivy team cycled all the way to the finish line, 75 miles away in London. The team were decked out in hi-tech, designer cycling gear courtesy of Two n Fro.

Two Transit Connect Electric vans (with passengers) have successfully completed the 75-mile route from Oxford to London in a convoy of electric, hybrid and low-emission vehicles, as part of the 2011 Bridgestone Eco Rally.

This fully electric van is based on the multi-award winning Transit Connect platform. It has the same loading space as a standard Connect van, has better handling and the brakes won't wear out as quickly. The range is up to 80 miles and it takes around 8hrs to fully re-charge using a normal 13A socket.
