Volunteer Steward Registration Form

Volunteers are very important to our Eco-Rally, and we take great pride in our army of "intelligent stewards" who are not only able to help with logistical and health & safety issues, but also engage with spectators in answering questions about what we are doing, the event ethos, the eco-rally vehicle technologies/fuels, or even assisting film-crews.

Please fill in the form below to register.

We will have a Stewards Training session prior to the event. Feel free to contact us with specific questions about volunteering or the registration process.

We are also happy to hear from any organisation (or individuals) which can volunteer to help us with marketing and communications, fund-raising, liaising with educational establishments, etc. If you wish to discuss, please contact us with basic details of what you can provide. Many thanks!
