Westminster Council aims to be a world leader in streetscape innovation, development and management. The City Council is inviting any owner of an electric vehicle who lives or works in Westminster to register to use the UK's largest network of on-street recharging points. The City Council also supports and develops measures and initiatives that aim to encourage cycling.
